Brian is a dedicated operations professional with over 25 years of construction management experience. He has been based in Florida his entire career and has overseen the entire Southeast Florida Division of two separate companies. His responsibilities are providing oversight and support while working with team members during design packages, procuring bids, leading subcontractor negotiations, contract development, project management, safety coordination, and subcontractor documentation and insurance compliance to ensure proper scope coverage.
